Investment in innovative Software Developers
A multi-million-pound funding package is helping Zeus Tech Solutions to rapidly expand its team of specialist programmers to meet the growing global demand for its services.
The innovative UK software developer has fast-tracked its recruitment programme following the recent news of a £13.5 million investment in the Spirant Group, of which it is one of five member companies, and is finalising plans for the creation of its own training academy.
Zeus’ managing director Stephen Lucas said the injection of money, which was committed by financier BOOST&Co in the UK and Australian business growth specialist Providior, would help to ensure his firm had a proven pipeline of talent to call upon as it extended its operations to overseas customers.
The Liverpool-based company, which specialises in leveraging technology to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of organisations working in the legal, medical and insurance sectors, has enjoyed a year-on-year growth in UK customers since its formation in December 2016 and is already supporting several prominent firms in Australia.
“We are focused on growing Zeus properly and doing so with good people who share our values, speak the language of our customers and are committed to high levels of customer service,” said Mr Lucas. “Our ambitions may be global in respect of our future client base, but technology allows us to broaden our horizons from our base in Liverpool and create employment opportunities for those living in the city.”
The Zeus boss said the continued expansion of his team would also broaden the range of services it made available to customers.
While the company has built a reputation on its proficiency at implementing and customising Proclaim, an off-the-shelf case and practice management tool, it has ambitions to develop and release products of its own.
“We are looking to supercharge our growth,” Mr Lucas concluded. “The demand exists and will soon be met with more developers, expertise and innovations tailored to help other businesses to flourish.”
