Three new customers
Well two and a renewal.
We’ve been lucky enough this week to land two new customers. The first one being a large medico legal company who has signed up to our case tracking software Instahub.
This software sends key milestone information from the Solicitors Proclaim Case Management System to our bespoke Instahub platform. This platform shows the Medical Agency exactly what is going on with the cases assigned to a particular solicitor. Importantly, if they have reached settlement of the legal matter but their invoice remains unpaid. Or the case has flagged as closed on the solicitors case management system but the invoice remains live at the medical agency. Both not good for cash flow!
The solution works with any supplier connected to the legal industry. It is currently in use with our customers in the following
- After The Event Insurers (ATE)
- Medico Legal
- Rehab Agencies
- Disbursement / Work In Progress Funding Providers.
Three new starters
Finance expands with our new starter Lucy Kelly joining the Finance Team. Lucy joins us straight from six form college as an Assistant Accountant, whilst we are predominately a Tech Company we also offer full Legal Cashier outsourcing service for law firms both in the UK and Australia. Our in house cashiers have to deal with both the differences in UK and Australian client account regulations. They are fully trained on the leading accounts packages.
The proclaim support team welcomes a new graduate Niamh who has been getting to grips with the various Proclaim Development tools.
Finally, our call center and admin team welcomes a new starter responsible for inbound and outbound calls and providing administration services to our outsource clients.
