MI and Proclaim

A busy week for our MI and Proclaim team at Zeus HQ this week with numerous client jobs from the UK and Australia.

The MI team have been busy developing some additional management information for an Australian Law firm customer. That was a combination of Proclaim Advanced Reports and refresh-able data exported to Excel for some power Pivots. This additional MI allowed the customer to see in detail their case load. The latest request is to now turn the Power Pivots into a refreshable app. It displays the MI on the clients mobile phone!

One of our UK clients got in touch this week to see if we could help them with an export problem from one site to another. The client wanted a way to transfer cases and case history between separate Proclaim sites. Our Proclaim Support consultants have considerable experience creating import and export routines with Proclaim. They implemented a full Case Diary History (CDH) export process which enables the client to transfer cases between sites at the click of a button.
