Being a business with exacting standards when it comes to unburdening the bereaved can be something of a double-edged sword for Kings Court Trust.

Its employees’ exemplary endeavours to ease the stresses suffered by grieving families have established the company as award-winning probate and estate administration specialists, but left it prone to being disappointed by organisations that fail to meet the same high levels of customer service.

Such was the case when the firm invested in Proclaim, a file management system widely used across the legal sector, in a bid to further streamline the efficiency of its service and sales teams.

The procurement – in conjunction with a change of IT infrastructure – demanded a rebuild of the company’s web-based partner portal to ensure its functions could continue to be used.

With an internal developer and the product’s own vendor unable to successfully troubleshoot, Kings Court Trust sought an alternative source of Proclaim proficiency and settled on Zeus Tech Solutions to steer it through its software storm and put its partner portal back on track.

It was a decision that paid dividends, delivering a deployable and dependable business tool.

David Masterton, Chief Revenue Officer at Kings Court Trust, said: “We chose Zeus due to the quality we felt Ste Lucas [managing director] and his team could deliver. They have been adaptable, understanding of changing requirements and brought the component parts of the project together.

“Their responsiveness has been great; they have been there when we need them and are more than happy to jump on calls to show us how things work and help our less tech-savvy members of staff.”

And having finally found technical service support that satisfies, Kings Court Trust is not contemplating on compromising on its customer service expectations any time soon.

“I would definitely recommend Zeus to others,” concluded David. “If ever we have any pain points in the future, we would include Zeus in our solution considerations.”
