As mysteries go, criminology graduate Hayley is the first to concede that others don’t need a share of her academic acumen to unravel why she has forged a career in interrogating computer systems.

With a software developer as a father and having grown up surrounded by IT innovation, the Hamster’s decision to get her teeth stuck into code – rather than take a bite at investigating criminal activity – was something of a foregone conclusion.

Good detective work has, however, helped to establish Hayley as a highly-proficient Proclaim developer over the past five years, with her logical thinking and forensic knowledge of the case management software behind a succession of practical breakthroughs.

Having previously worked at a law firm as a costs draftsperson and litigation executive, she has plenty of evidence to call upon from both a user and developer’s perspective and is looking forward to bringing this experience to bear at Zeus Tech Solutions.

That she revels in the opportunity to pop a proverbial cherry on the cake of customers by adapting the software to best serve their needs should also come as no surprise.

Away from work, the proud mum-of-one is ice cool when it comes to icing cakes and this creative streak extends to drawing with her daughter.

Her taste for the sweeter things in life is balanced by a passion for fitness and Hayley is ready to flex her programming muscles and exercise her grey matter for you!
